Like the updates available in 2019, the company follows the same “major” and “minor” schedule. Windows 10 build 20185, according to the company, makes it a little easier to change the network settings using the Settings app. For example, editing the DNS server address is now a top-level option in the network’s properties page. Also, you can now configure the DNS traffic to be encrypted over HTTPS (DoH) in the network’s properties page to increase privacy and security of your browsing activities. According to the announcement, build 21382 introduces High Dynamic Range (HDR) support for color-managed apps. Device Manager can now show drivers alongside devices. After a clean installation of Windows 10, the Start menu will open automatically to help you get to apps quicker. The default folder icon in File Explorer has been updated to indicate the folder has content, and the touch keyboard now uses the Segoe UI Variable font....

Perhaps one of the most noticeable changes within Windows 10 build 9901 is the improved version of Cortana, digital assistant, running in the taskbar with her unmistakable circular animation look and sounds. Additionally, update KB4457128 ships with security patches for Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft scripting engine, Microsoft Graphics Component, Windows media, Windows Shell, Windows Hyper-V, Windows datacenter networking, Windows virtualization and kernel, Windows Linux, Windows kernel, Microsoft JET Database Engine, Windows MSXML, and Windows Server....

The update KB4601380 bumps the version number to 18363.1411, and according to the changelogs, fixes problems with Input Method Editor (IME), fonts rendering, and screen rendering in certain hardware configurations. According to the official notes, the update KB5007186 bumps the version number to build 19041.1348, 19042.1348, and 19043.1348 for versions 2004, 20H2, and 21H1, respectively, and it fixes an issue of a 0 (zero) width Pen to render one pixel regardless of transformation. On a new article at the Windows Insider blog, the software giant reveals that when Windows 10 version 1703 (Creators Update) was originally launched, the downtime (the time a user can’t use the device during installation) was 82 minutes on average. Then when version 1709 (Fall Creators Update) was released, the downtime was reduced to 51 minutes. Now, the company claims that with the new changes the downtime has reduced even further, and with Windows 10 version 1803 (Spring Creators Update) users will only experience 30 minutes of downtime....
